Welcoming Karel Lemahieu

We're proud to welcome Karel Lemahieu to LITECOM as our new Business Development Lead.

Few people in this industry have seen as much of it as Karel. Over nearly three decades, he's worked at the highest level of live events and AV production, from world tours and global broadcasts to the biggest stages in the Nordics. He started out as an AV and LED technician on international productions, and went on to lead projects and operations at some of the industry's most respected companies, most recently as senior project manager at Creative Technology in Denmark.

His track record reads like a history of modern live production. He's been part of world tours for artists like U2, Celine Dion, and Oasis, worked on the Olympic Games, the MTV Music Awards, and Eurovision, and spent years as a trusted main supplier to Nordic institutions like Tivoli and Roskilde Festival. Along the way he's built the kind of network and instinct you only get from being in the room, on the ground, for the shows people remember.

Now he brings all of that to LITECOM. In his role, Karel will focus on building relationships and opening new opportunities across film, commercial, and live production. With seven languages and a career spanning continents, he's built to work wherever our clients are, and to understand what they need before they ask.

It's a major addition to our team, and a clear signal of where we're headed.
