Built in the 1960s as a research lab for NKT (Nordisk Kabel og Traadfabriker), The Cube was once home to groundbreaking electrical experiments and bold engineering ideas. Today, that same spirit of innovation lives on—just in a different form. What was once a test site for industrial technology has become a flexible, high-capacity venue for TV, film, events, and production rehearsals. The thick walls still hum with electricity—only now it powers imagination.
What You Can Use It For
The Cube adapts to your production, no matter the shape or scale. Originally designed for industrial testing, the main hall now serves as stage production rehearsal space—30 by 45 meters wide, with a 16-meter ceiling and a roof that handles 50 tons of load. Ideal for rehearsing full-size rigs before heading on the road.
For TV and film productions, it offers everything you need: generous space, excellent acoustics, heavy-duty power, and easy access. The venue has hosted live shows, pre-recorded segments, and production weeks with up to 500 people on site.
It’s also a standout location for events—product launches, brand showcases, immersive experiences—supported by lounges, catering areas, dressing rooms, and production offices already in place.
The Cube is more than a space—it’s an open invitation to shape it into what your project needs. From high-spec rehearsals to unforgettable event setups, it’s ready to host the ideas that don’t fit anywhere else.
