About the Role
We are looking for a Business Developer / Sales Representative with a primary focus on the Swedish market, while also contributing to our international outreach. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring LITECOM is invited to bid on high-level productions.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients — building trust, understanding customer needs, and relaying key feedback to our internal teams to help us improve and grow.
This role is backed by skilled Project Managers and Production Managers, so you can focus on building relationships and expanding opportunities — while trusting your colleagues to deliver the productions.
We prefer that you are based in Sweden and already have some presence in the local live production or event industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads in the Swedish and international markets
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential and existing customers
- Represent LITECOM in meetings, pitches, and industry events
- Ensure customer feedback and expectations are communicated clearly to internal teams
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Production Managers to shape offers and ensure production feasibility
- Actively follow up after delivery to maintain customer satisfaction
Expectations
This role involves a fast-paced, always-on mindset. You should be prepared to travel, work outside of standard business hours, and respond quickly to sudden opportunities — often with little or no notice.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural networker with strong communication and people skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in live events, broadcast, touring, or AV production
- Proven ability to turn leads into clients and build long-term partnerships
- Self-driven, structured, and proactive — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
- Familiarity with the Swedish production and events market is strongly preferred
- Fluent in English — Swedish language skills are a strong advantage
