About the Role

As a Production Manager at LITECOM, you’ll work with the planning and delivery of our core products — lighting, video, and rigging solutions. Your daily tasks will combine strategic planning with hands-on coordination, supporting Project Managers during pre-production and leading the transition into on-site execution. Productions can take place anywhere in the world, so flexibility, precision, and a cool head under pressure are key.

Employment Type

We always prefer a full-time commitment — it helps us build strong, dedicated teams. But if you can convince us that you’ll bring the same level of loyalty, focus, and accountability on a part-time or freelance basis, we’re open-minded. We care about the result and the relationship, not the label.

Location

As for location: there isn’t one. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world. Most of our team works remotely — but if you happen to be based in Scandinavia, we’ll gladly offer you a desk at one of our offices in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers during the sales phase by planning and booking equipment, crew, and transport
• Coordinate with our technical specialists to finalize project plans and technical solutions
• Collaborate with warehouses and sub-suppliers to manage deliveries and logistics
• Lead on-site execution — ensuring the success, safety, and technical reliability of the production
• Contribute to company development by actively participating in workgroups and improvement initiatives

• You have solid experience handling large-scale productions in live entertainment, broadcast, or touring

Must-Haves

• Fluent English — our team is international, and this is our primary working language
• Willingness to travel and work long or irregular hours — productions don’t follow a 9–5 clock
• The ability to handle pressure with structure, calm, and clear communication
• A mindset that embraces technical precision, detailed planning, and on-site team leadership
• Strong understanding of event technologies — especially lighting, video, rigging, and related systems
• Digital fluency — you’re comfortable using modern tools like ERP systems, cloud file sharing, scheduling platforms, communication apps, and more
