About LITECOM
We are a tight-knit international team delivering some of the world’s most demanding lighting, video, rigging, and automation solutions — from TV shows and e-sports tournaments to music tours and global special events.
Headquartered in Copenhagen, we operate with multiple offices and warehouse locations across Europe, and most of our team works remotely.
About the Role
As a Project Manager at LITECOM, you’ll oversee the coordination and administration of our productions from initial inquiry to successful delivery. You’ll be the link between sales, planning, and operations — ensuring each project flows smoothly, on time, and in line with LITECOM standards.
This is primarily an office-based role (remote or in one of our hubs) focused on administrative precision, resource planning, and cross-department communication. You’ll work closely with Production Managers, Sales Reps, and Crew Coordinators to make sure the right equipment, people, and information are in place for every job.
Employment Type
We prefer a full-time commitment, but we’re open to part-time or freelance agreements if you bring the same level of loyalty, focus, and ownership.
Location
This role can be based anywhere in the world. Most of our team works remotely — but if you’re based in Scandinavia, we’ll happily offer you a desk at one of our offices in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure each project is properly set up and administered from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication channels
- Act as the central coordinator between sales, production, warehouses, and finance
- Book and confirm equipment, crew, transportation, and other resources
- Track changes and keep all internal stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Uphold quality and process standards to ensure delivery meets LITECOM expectations
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to internal development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in structure, takes initiative, and enjoys making complex things run smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and love helping others succeed — you’ll fit right in here.
Preferred Experience & Background
- Experience in project coordination, sales support, or production administration within live events, media, touring, technical services, or related fields
- Or you may be early in your career but bring a strong administrative mindset, sharp communication skills, and the drive to grow fast
(We support both experienced professionals and emerging talent.)
Must-Haves
- Fluent English — this is our main working language
- Comfortable working with numbers — budgets, quotes, and tracking figures don’t scare you
- Ability to travel occasionally, depending on project needs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks at once
- Solid understanding of event production workflows (or a willingness to learn fast)
- Digital fluency — confident with ERP systems, file sharing, scheduling platforms, and communication tools
- A calm, friendly, solution-oriented personality who brings clarity to complex situations
