About LITECOM‍

We are a tight-knit international team delivering some of the world’s most demanding lighting, video, rigging, and automation solutions — from TV shows and e-sports tournaments to music tours and global special events.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, we operate with multiple offices and warehouse locations across Europe. Our warehouses are the backbone of our productions, ensuring equipment and logistics are always ready to meet the highest standards.

About the Role‍

As a Warehouse Manager at LITECOM, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations at our Copenhagen hub. You’ll be responsible for managing equipment flows in and out, ensuring everything is properly maintained, packed, and prepared for productions. You’ll also lead and coordinate the warehouse team — making sure tasks are executed on time and in line with LITECOM standards.

This is an on-site role based in Copenhagen, requiring a hands-on approach with both equipment and people. You’ll work closely with Production Managers, Project Managers, and On-Site Operations to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and supports every production effectively.

Employment Type‍

Full-time preferred.

Start Date‍

As soon as possible.

This position is based at our Copenhagen warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth equipment flow in and out

What We’re Looking For‍

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, structured environment. If you enjoy working with technology, keeping things organised, and supporting colleagues with reliable service — you’ll fit right in.

Preferred Experience & Background

  • Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or technical operations — ideally within live events, touring, AV, or related industries
  • Fluent English (Scandinavian languages are a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate a team

  • Experience with packing, returns, and inventory systems
  • Comfortable with digital tools for inventory, scheduling, and communication
