Headquartered in Copenhagen, with offices and warehouse locations across Europe, we operate globally. While many of our roles are remote, this position is 100% on-site at our Copenhagen warehouse.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Technician at LITECOM, your focus will be on the physical handling and maintenance of our technical equipment. You’ll prepare gear for dispatch, receive and check returned items, and ensure everything is ready for the next project.
This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures precisely. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Lead, project teams, and transport partners to make sure every piece of equipment leaves and returns in the right condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack equipment for outbound dispatch according to project requirements
- Receive, inspect, and process returned equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of gear between projects
- Follow warehouse processes to maintain order, safety, and efficiency
- Use digital tools to track inventory movements and updates
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organising warehouse space
- Report any damage, missing items, or technical issues
What We’re Looking For
This role suits someone who is practical, methodical, and understands the value of working to a clear process. You’re physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to keep things moving in a busy technical environment.
Preferred Experience & Background
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or equipment handling role (preferably in events, AV, or technical services)
- Forklift licence is a plus
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with technical equipment (lighting, video, rigging) is beneficial but not required
Must-Haves
- Ability to work on-site daily in Copenhagen
- Good physical condition — the role involves lifting, carrying, and moving equipment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn digital inventory systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail when packing, checking, and handling equipment
