A few months ago, I was on a flight to Las Vegas with Rasmus and Morten, heading to LDI tradeshow. Somewhere over the Atlantic, they began telling me stories from their childhood in the suburbs of Copenhagen.
Rasmus, the introvert, used to spend hours indoors drawing, shaping the world in quiet detail. Morten, the explorer, was out with friends chasing noise, climbing fences, getting into the kind of trouble that turns into stories years later. And I remember thinking—nothing’s really changed.
Five decades of brotherhood later, the tools and scale may be different, but the roles remain. Rasmus is still painting—only now it's broadcast images for TV productions, esports, and live events seen by millions. Morten is still out there pushing boundaries—only now it’s countries, markets, and business models he’s exploring.
It’s this quiet synergy between two opposites that has kept LITECOM’s heart beating for 25 years.
The Infamous 25
There was a time—just before the world turned upside down—when LITECOM was living its finest days.
We were everywhere. On tour with renowned artists. Behind the scenes of the biggest sports events. Running productions that reached millions of viewers. Eurovisions, world stages, high-stakes broadcasts—our name was on them, and our people were there to deliver.

And then, without warning, it all stopped.
The pandemic swept in and cleared the stage. Shows disappeared. Borders closed. Plans dissolved. For a company built on movement, momentum, and togetherness—it was more than a shock. It was a rupture.
But COVID wasn’t the only pressure we were facing.
At the same time, LITECOM was quietly crossing into its 3rd decade and approaching it's 25th aniversary — a milestone that’s notoriously difficult for companies in our industry. Not because of bad luck, but because success carries weight. Over time, systems age, roles blur, and the original fire that built the company can get buried under layers of complexity and routine. We felt that, too.
The double hit of a global shutdown and an internal shift tested every part of who we were. But it also revealed what still worked.
Our decision to stay lean and agile, to build small expert teams that could handle massive challenges—that was never just a strategy. It was a mindset. And in the hardest moments, it saved us.
Now we stand on the other side. Changed, but not weakened. The best and the worst may both be behind us. What lies ahead is a new chapter. And this time, we’re building LITECOM with our eyes wide open.
Chapter Two Begins Now
We’ve realized that the best version of LITECOM wasn’t the biggest—it was the most creative. The most curious. The most committed to solving problems no one else could solve. Somewhere along the way, those values began to slip under the weight of corporate structure and the race for growth. But growth, we’ve learned, isn’t about numbers. It’s about the evolution of what we know, what we create, and how we deliver it.
We Will Step Outside the Box
At our core, we’re a visual production company—specialised in lighting, video, and rigging. It’s what we do best, and what we’re trusted for. But the full story is a bit messier.
Some of our strongest partnerships have grown not because we stayed strictly in our lane, but because we stepped outside of it. We’ve taken on full productions when asked, brought in trusted partners for audio and staging, supported complex AV installations, and even helped shape creative concepts for events that needed more than just technical execution.
It might not fit neatly into a business book. And it’s not something we always advertised. But it reflects something we’ve always believed: when our customers need help, we don’t hide behind definitions.
As we enter this next chapter, we’re no longer trying to keep this part of ourselves quiet. It’s not about chasing everything—it’s about showing up where and when we’re needed.
Denmark and Sweden at the Core - LITECOM International on the Move
In recent years, we’ve closed our entities in Germany, Ukraine, and Georgia. These were once part of our global push—but over time, they drifted too far from the LITECOM mindset. Too far from our culture.
We’ve learned that global reach doesn’t come from more dots on the map—it comes from a strong center and a team ready to operate without borders. That’s why we’ve doubled down on Denmark and Sweden.
This year, we’ve moved into completely new warehouse facilities: 3,000 sqm in Denmark and 1,500 sqm in Sweden—totalling 4,500 sqm of upgraded infrastructure. These new hubs give us the space and scale to support our core markets and deliver productions across the world.
At the same time, we’re bringing back LITECOM International. Once the backbone of our most successful years, it’s being reintroduced to meet the pace of today’s global production landscape—serving as an agile umbrella over our Nordic base, ready to lead cross-border projects.

Investing in People and Know-How
In recent years, the industry has shifted toward dry-hire models and fragmented freelance setups—but we’re seeing the tide turn. Customers are once again seeking turnkey partners: suppliers who combine technical expertise, complete teams, and the right technology under one roof.
At LITECOM, this has always been part of our DNA. As we grow, we’re investing in strengthening our in-house know-how—because world-class production isn’t just about equipment, it’s about the people behind it.
In the months ahead, we’ll begin recruiting more professionals across lighting, video, rigging, and stage automation. Keep an eye on our Join Us page as new roles are announced.
Time to Catch Up Digitally
For too long, we let “this is how we’ve always done it” stand in the way. While one part of LITECOM was ready to embrace modern tools and workflows, another held on to systems that felt familiar.
It wasn’t about resistance. It was about comfort. But comfort doesn’t build the future.
So we’ve started clearing the way with new digital infrastructure. New warehouse software. Modenrn communication platforms. Secure cloud-based storage solutions. Tools that help our people do their jobs with less friction.
This shift is already being felt across our projects—and it shows here too. This website marks more than just a digital update.
It Was Time to Make It Visible
If you’re reading this far, you see it - change is everywhere. New people, new warehouses, better tools, streamlined workflows, and a stronger business structure.
Now our visual identity reflects that evolution: bold lines, fewer distractions, and a more focused presence.

We’ve spent the past year reshaping LITECOM—same synergy of two brothers at the heart, but with a clearer structure and new momentum.
Our new website will keep evolving as we move beyond our 25th aniversary.
